Service Advisor

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our well-established dealership’s service department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet service customers and address their technical needs.
• Manage appointments and ensure thorough follow-ups with clients.
• Prepare estimates for recommended repairs and maintenance.
• Keep customer records and vehicle histories up to date.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license.
